About Grow Talent UK
Grow Talent Solutions Ltd is a UK company based in London. It was founded by Harvey Richmond and Samantha Farber, who also run Grow Talent in Australia.
Harvey has spent over ten years in technology and leadership recruitment across agency, in-house and founder roles, working with companies from seed stage to enterprise. He runs every search personally.
We are deliberately small. You deal with the people who do the work, and we take on a limited number of searches at a time.
What we believe
Fit before CV. Most leadership hires fail on fit, not ability, so we assess culture and attitude before skill.
Straight answers. If we are not the right firm for a brief, we say so on the first call.
No volume. We take on a limited number of searches at a time and run each one personally.
Long-term relationships. We check in at 90 days and stay in touch after that, on both sides of the hire.
Where we work, and who with
We are based in London and work with clients across the UK, mostly remotely, with in-person meetings where they help.
Our clients are founder-led scaleups, mid-sized companies and PE-backed businesses, typically 50 to 2,000 employees, hiring their first or next senior leader in HR, Technology, Finance or Operations.
We recruit permanent leadership roles only, from Head of level to C-suite.
