About us
What does Grow Talent UK do?
We recruit senior leaders in HR, Technology, Data and AI, Finance, Operations, Legal and Product for UK businesses, from senior manager to C-suite.
Where are you based?
London. Grow Talent Solutions Ltd is registered in England and Wales. We work with clients across the UK, mostly remotely, with in-person meetings where they help.
What size of company do you work with?
Typically 50 to 2,000 employees: scaleups, mid-sized companies and PE-backed businesses.
How we work
What does culture, attitude, skill mean in practice?
We map your culture first, interview candidates for how they lead and behave second, then confirm the skill. The core skills have to be there, but a strong leader from a similar role in another industry is often the right call. Most agencies do this in reverse.
How long does a search take?
Longlist within two weeks. Shortlist within four to six weeks for most Head of and Director roles.
How do you charge?
Retained or permanent search, as a percentage of first year salary. See How We Work With You, or ask for the fee schedule by email.
Scope
Do you recruit outside the UK?
Our sister business, Grow Talent, recruits in Australia. This site covers the UK only.
Do you place contractors or interim leaders?
No. Permanent leadership hires only.
Who will I deal with?
Harvey Richmond runs every search personally. You will not be handed to a junior.
