Every search runs the same way. We start with your culture, interview for attitude, then verify skill.
1. Discovery call and written culture map (week 1)
2. Market map and longlist (weeks 1 to 2)
3. Structured interviews for attitude, then skill (weeks 2 to 4)
4. Shortlist of 3 to 5 with a page of insight per candidate, not just CVs (week 4)
5. Offer, onboarding support and a 90 day check-in
